All Video/pictures will be sent with your information, that was given when you created your account and kept guarded until you have a Life threatening situation or a crime event and need help.
When Citizens Create an Account
Citizens may be asked to enter personal information which is kept private by Active Alert 911 and is in not accesible to LEO’s or any third parties at any time, until the Citizens uses the Video record/ Pic button and only then in an aid to help first resonders will your Active Alert 911 personal profile be sent to 911 or the closest law enforcement officer. Generally this information is requested when you ask to register with our products and services. Signing up with Active Alert 911 is the first step to being safer,and safeguarding the one’s you love.

Terms and Conditions
Active Alert 911 reserves the right to view and use any and all video/picture content for review and improvement of our system application and or testing for upgrades, marketing,content, blogs, websites or future media news stories. We also reserve the right to view all content stored in users dashboards and or incident reports at any time and any and all content from AWS serves, Active Alert 911 application, Active Alert 911 website or any future social media with or without the written consent of users who sign up with Active Alert 911.
Active Alert 911 also reserves the right to deny any person or persons access to our service and or Application downloads. Personal information is kept safe from all law enforcement and 911 until said citizen releases Live Video Content and or Picture. Citizens content is always protected; with the only exception, is in the event Active Alert 911 is ordered by a written court order pertaining to any person, who miss uses the application in any way other than it’s intended use to help the Citizens, law enforcement Agents or 911 Communication systems of the United States of America.

ActiveAlert911 does reserve the right to use any Video/pic or success stories related to the use of ActiveAlert911 for their webpage and or advertising, media purposes. Active Alert 911 may contact the individual and or individuals before using said video/pic but reserves the right to use as needed.
